Welcome to the SpongeLab, this is the first post on my new weblog, many thanks to John”Mumbles”Edmondson for setting things up.
The purpose of setting this blog up was so I could post info about the music I play on my show on www.wirelssfm.net which I broadcast every Tuesday night at 18:00, I shall also be posting stuff that I think you may find interesting, so I hope you all enjoy the blog, please feel free to post your comments

Mind you, you could have a picture of the actual Spongelab (with chemistry tubes & bunsen burners all connected through sponges) @ the top of the page

I’m listening! Enjoyed your recipe for Sponge Cake – how about a regular sponge recipe slot on your show; a cup of tea, some sponge cake, and Spongetastic sounds. Marvelous.
